HomeVestments.com and its sister companies are the brain child of Duane Legate, a successful Real Estate
Investor and Entrepreneur. During his time as a full time investor, Duane recognized the shortage of
mechanisms by which investors could market to persons in quick sale situations effectively. Seeing the
need for this type of service prompted Duane to begin his business, and the company
has blossomed from there.
